Rufin is an economist with a master’s degree in Macroeconomics and Development Management.

He has 10 years of experience in the field of project formulation and management as well as a solid knowledge of the private sector and the agro pastoral sector in Burkina Faso. He has worked with various international organizations in Burkina Faso, including Swiss and Canadian NGOs. These different experiences have allowed him to become familiar with the inclusive market system, the agricultural value chain approach and inclusive finance. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he has experience in the economic empowerment of women and young people in the agro-pastoral field and agri-food processing. In addition, he has extensive experience in the Burkinabè private sector for having accompanied industrial units through the development of business plans, and/or training on the management and management of organizations.

 

As project manager at Burkina Dry More, Rufin fully measures the issues related to his function and wishes to capitalize on this sum of experience to mobilize his entire team and all the stakeholders with a view to achieving the project’s results.
